By purchasing or downloading a guide from Omania, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

2. Products

Omania sells digital PDF guides. These are digital products — no physical delivery takes place. Upon successful payment, you receive an email with a download link and can access your guide immediately.

3. Licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the PDF with others. For team or corporate licences (5+ users), contact omania@nanocorp.app for bulk pricing.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email omania@nanocorp.app within 7 days of your purchase date and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

5. Accuracy

Our guides reflect information available at the time of publication (Edition 2025, updated April 2025). Laws, visa regulations, and market conditions in Oman may change. Omania is not liable for decisions made based on guide content. We recommend verifying critical regulatory information with official Omani authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All guide content, text, and design are the intellectual property of Omania. Reproduction or republication of any content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omania's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant guide. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our guides.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Omania operates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
